Thanks for this info but I am trying to break down the numbers off it to work out if it is a 302c or 351c?

you cant do that with the engine numbers. only way to tell is either find the original vin tags or crack the motor open and look at the crank. the other way is to take out a spark plug, put a piece of wire down onto the top of the piston, hand turn the motor and measure the length of the stroke. I can't remember the measurements but I'm sure somewhere here does.

The easier way is to call Ford and get an Old Vehicle Report because the engine number is the same as the VIN.The report will tell you the engine size.
