HI I PUT WB CAPRICE MOTOR BOX DASH AND HARNESS INTO MY TONNER IT STARED FINE AND RAN OK ,THEN THE STARER MOTOR GAVE UP SO I REPLACED
WITH A NEW ONE BUT NOW IT WONT EVEN CRANK THE MOTOR,A LOW COOLANT LIGHT COMES ON BUT WHEN U TURN THE KEY IT GOS DIM AND ONE OF THE MANY REALYS UNDER THE DASH STARTS CLICKING ON/OFF AND STILL WONT CRANK MOTOR OVER

ANY IDEARS AS WHAT TO DO BEFORE I GO FOR A AUTO ELEC OR MECHANIC

Crook connection in your wiring somewhere is the most likely cause. Check all earths first (especially motor to body earth strap). If that doesn't fix it, start checking the positive wires. I'd start where you have modified things since installation - in

Make sure you haven't put a red motor starter motor in it. I believe these don't fit a blue properly.

i have a red starter on a blue motor no problem except clearing the extractors when i have to change it i have heared the vk commodore starter is shorter makeing it an easier fit plus its more powerful cheers all
