There were two of these books on Ebay just recently and the same person bought both of them (one signed, one not).

But Toowoomba (where I'm from) had one and it got stolen about two years ago. I pity the guy who stole it cause they are planning on sending him a $1000 bill and

Having said that all (or almost all) of the info can be found in GMH literature, but by the time you buy all of this (if you can find it) it will probably cost you close to $800 anyway. That is how we are doing our bit now. Now you have a choice of buying these. Warren
