hi all just brought a commodore with ls1 in it with over 300kw just looking for a reliable tuner in nsw preferably southwest area but willing to travel a little further for the right shop so to speak have heard that sams performance are good at what they do any info would be great

Best bet is to try on the ls1 forum. They discuss their various tuners all the time.

In the south west (I'm in the same area) Sam is your man.
If you want to travel further afield, then there's Castle Hill Exhaust, or as Byron mentioned, Oztrack.
You can also get a mail-order tune done from a myriad of suppliers, including interstate, but if you get the best results from those sort of tunes if you use their whole exhaust/CAI/tune package.
If you've got a variety of mods, or something out of the ordinary, it's best to get the car done in person. |

looks like sam is the man i have known about him for some time just wanted to get peoples opinion as this is my first car with this set up have allways been old school before that this is a whole new ball game for me i just didnt want anyone working on it and yes it is out of the ordinary very unique indeed with a variety of mods you may know of them
(corsa specialized vehicles ) not sure if they are still doing them as all atempts to contact them come to nothing bit of a shame really they build great cars very well balanced packages

yes i have tried to call them but couldnt get a connection and the website doesnt look like its been updated for a while the car is a extremely well put together i have known about the company as well for some time but never really gave them much thought until i was looking to buy a cheap hsv after selling my monaro after speaking to a mate who is a wholesaler i found this one and after a test drive i was hooked ok they may not be as refined as a hsv overall a much better car for the price originally when built from new it cost over $70k with only 145ks on the clock full service history in top condition i scored a bargain for 13k
