Check out these pics I took today of a monaro we discovered in an overgrown backyard!!

You can just make out the back of a holden panno in front of it and there is an overgrown ute somewhere in the mess to the left too..

From what we can see- not bad. Though I wonder what the sills & floor are like with that much greenery around.

Attn camry drivers. The accelerator is the skinny pedal on the right.

I managed to get back there and talk to the owner... No joy. Nah not interested.... Toss bag would rather see them rot. But Ill keep chippin away at him.. Theres cars and parts/engines/panels everywhere! He doesnt need a guard dog cos most burglars will be attacked by the weeds.

Have a look at the other gems in there...

How old is the owner you may have wait until he dies and speak to the relatives or find out what floats his boat and try to deal with him.
Are they in his front yard if so complain to the council that they are an eyesore and they will tell him to move them.

Best bet with guys like that is drop some cash in front of them. Money talks as they say. Some times you get lucky, most of the time some other shmuck get them and they end up on ebay.

If they still say no have a peice of paper already with your name and number on it with the price in big letters.
They will gome around next time they need some money, just make sure you offer a bit lower than you want to pay. They always ask for more.

The only other way to collect them is photos, some guys are just happy to let them rot, its a kind of car hoarding sickness.

Thanks guys. Cool photos HTMUNRO! yeah hes not really all that old actually. Prob mid forties. I was expecting a crazy old man as the bloke is clearly a horder whos stuff has kinda gotten out of control. Cars are mostly in the back yard but there is a couple in the front. You cant see them at all from the road.

But yeah, Ill talk cash next time!
