I would prefer mint condition but I would consider a little rust etc..depending on the rest of the car. I am really looking for a 'full' original car.
Please send me photos of both cars. I am highly interested!
Please include car details year, colour etc I am especially after matching numbers.
Thanks very much, looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hi Flip One of my Landau's I am doing a full restoration on which will owe me more than I care to think about And the other Landau is very rusty indeed. Probably a bit too far gone for what you are after George

Yo Flip, If your after an original old duck then this rides for you; http://www.ebay.com.au/i...ies&hash=item1c1bb08dc4
Check it out, they don't pop up in this condition often... Good luck! |

What parts you after in particular Cameron? I have some spares.
As for the rusty car I am keeping that complete for now :)
Every thing is there bar one front wheel arch mould....interior is that brown pantyhose/parachute material and it is nearly perfect!
Matching numbers and everything. Gotta love that

where do i start george lol the previous owner has removed heaps of gear off it. Missing headlights and centre tail lights, all the interior is gone except the front seats and dash. He has removed the block out window sections of the car (dont know how hard they will be too replace) And he has also removed all the chrome and the winder mechanisms from the windows front and back, I have been trying to find a cheap ltd p5 i can strip but theres not many off them for sale atm thanks cameron

The block out sections of steel in the rear quarter windows were just sheets of steel welded in and thumped into shape. Any decent beater that can weld should be able to fabricate a new piece and probably be able to do a better job than the factory did. The factory job was rough as guts as the padded vinyl roof hid it. Your biggest quest is going to be tracking down the trim and rear interior.

To be done properly the rear window needs to come out. Windows coming out are easy getting them back into a coupe is where it gets tricky. You definitley want a guy familiar with Landaus/Coupes to do it because coupe rear windows are not thick on the ground There is a guy in Melbourne (Paul) who still has some of the original Nylex twill fabric material (in beige and brown). He has been doing these roofs for nearly 30 years and is a pro judging by all accounts. I have penciled in to do my roof (brown) when it comes back from paint and panel in a couple of months He charges around $500 to instal and around $500-$550 for the original material. Not cheap but worth it in my opinion (this includes removing the old roof and putting in new foam) If you want his mobile number to chat with him about it please let me know (he is Melbourne based)
