Does anyone know how to stop the high pitch squealing from the front brakes? i tried disc brake quiet and stuff like that but it didn't work.

Assuming your discs are machined OK and above the minimum thickness and your pads are servicable, I would say it would be the compound pad you're using. Pads with a high metal component seem to squeak more I've found, and have been known to wear the disc

I have also had squealing and chirping it turned out the layers of lining on the brake pads had started to separate. and they were pretty new.
