Hk Bathurst 327 why call them that???

XC Cobra numbers 1 to 30 well no not really because the motor was not the race one but just a gutless slug. Holden S4 yes. Cortina 500 yes. Some XU-1 Yes. RPO83 NO as anyone could whack on a Holley and say so, and the race car had a lot more than just that.
I do believe that Moffats GT-HO ran a bigger cam then the stock XY GT-HO maybe that could be called a Bathurst GT-HO Spec, if one was ordered that way buy the public. as i understand it the GT-HO Phase 2 had a biger cam than the Phase 3 and you could get a bigger one than the phase 2 option and you could buy a Boss cam from ford and have that fitted by you dealer in any cleveland as i think they are a bit bigger than a 4V GT cam and the GT 4V cam is bigger than the STD 351 2V engine.
