On the legs of the subframe there are a series of holes which the crossmember bolts to and i cant remember/didnt take notice what ones they went through when i took it off. I have a trimatic gearbox on a red 202 and i was just wondering what holes does it go through to bolt it in place before i put the engine and box it, or do i have it round the wrong way, engine + box then crossmember?

I think you've answered your own question.
Put the engine & trans in & then use whichever holes line up.

Real hard to get the transmission over the crossmember if its on first. You'll scratch everything in the process.
Do as per doc Terry |
