I knew of a guy that had a 82 wb ute when i was doing my apprenticeship in the late 80's and he bought it new,I never saw the back installed on the ute and the only reason i knew it was a special ute was i ask him why he had no hooks for a tonneau and he told me about the canopy back.

They had nothing to do with Holden as far as I know. Just an aftermarket thing.

Could you order a wb ute with no tonneau hooks?from what i could remember it was a beige colour with a sandman type stencil below the canopy at the side
