As Dr Terry says, plus:
Blank in CHOKE hole on dash (186s and V8 HK didn't actually say CHOKE on the dash surround either).
Springs, shocks etc depending upon whether the coupe is a Monaro or GTS.
With regards to the rear axle, if leaving the standard V8 Auto rear axle you just need the V8 banjo yoke, but if fitting a Salisbury these had a different fuel tank and the little hump in the floor as well in front of the tank.
