yes very sad news, i have quite a few mates from his old Tasman racing team and at BJR, they have always said how nice a bloke he was and how down to earth he was, such sad news

Terribly sad news at such a young age and with so much to live for.

The way the entire V8 Supercars fraternity rallied around him when he was first diagnosed is testament to how well regarded he was as a man as well as a racer.
