G'day 009pk as far as i know they are the same i have the same type on my HJ which pushes on the fork to release the clutch,You will need to remove your bell housing cover and loosen of all the adjustment in the clutch assembly and start to wind out the clutch fork ball bolt(looks like a miniture tow ball) make sure that you don't wind it out to far leave at lest three turns in the housing and use the locking nut to tighten it up,then you will need to then wind the nut on the shaft to take up the slack then you should be ready to go,you can wind the fork ball bolt in closer to help if you need more adjustment, hope that this helps with your problem.
Cheers steve
