anyone have an XA-XC parts manual that could help ?, the Ute doors are the same from memory to the hardtops, so would the front part of the roof on the ute be the same as the hardtop ?

The ute would most likely have sedan bows as it has the sedan windscreen not the hardtop screen so they don't have the relatively flat roof of the hardtop.

Plastic toy Falcons (XD XE XF) had a fairly flat roof so I wonder if their bows would suit the hardtop?

The measurement across the in side of an xd is 1230mm ,that mesurment is between the top of the moulding that holds the hood lining in place. If that helps.

I found the sedan bows did not match any of the coupe bows. Be careful using any sedan bows , they may look like they fit but your lining will sag or have stretch marks
