Okay Guys My Vr Has been playing up for a while now comes and goes. Basically on take off it hesitates and splutters and flat spots really bad and if you put the accelerator down a fair bit it shudders till you reach the right speed IE 60km then u can maintain it at that but only if you put the slightest of pressure on the accelerator. It basically flat spots all the time it sounds terrible and even at 100 if you give it a bit of gas it just splutters and feels like it is backfiring major hesitation. Anyway I have changed the leads the plugs. About one month ago I got the injectors interjected thinking that was the prob the guy tested the fuel pump and he said it is only pumping half fuel pressure. The car ran spot on for about 4 days in fact bloody excellent then it started again and this time it is at its worst the funny thing is that when the car started playing up about a year ago, it ran **** for a week then didnt start playing up again till about 6 months later anyway I leave it yo you guys thanks and I hope it makes sense

I have had this exact problem in a VS, and went through everything - plugs, leads, even the coil pack & DFI module.

Turned out it was the Throttle Position Sensor was stuffed.

VR V6 ones are the same as VN-VR V6 and all VN-VS V8, so find someone wit
Cheers,

Mick
