I thought it may have been Company risk. Just out of interest then, how does ROH get away with replacement HQ-HZ rims when they are obviously not meant to be fitted to 1-tonners? Or Timken with rear axle bearings for Salisburys (without the 1-tonner wider collar)? Surely if the packaging says "not for use on 1-tonner" then all responsibility has been put onto the installer and/or purchaser? Same as tyres, with speed and load ratings. |
