did the bog stock 71-72 HQ monaro coupes have painted or chrome recliners from new, as there is a (supposedly) genuine bog stock one on ebay, which has black painted recliners.
I was under the impression the recliners where chrome, but to be honest I haven't see very many original standard monaros.

i know a guy with a HQ LS monaro, he's had it from new, it's a 71 model, it has chrome recliners

I suspect, after coming across this coupe, that the LS & GTS's got chrome but the standard monaro got painted..
