Yep, I get it. You're really upset you missed out on these parts. You never know, maybe they might turn un again on eBay...;)

Like some Holden parts, I don't get the values of some classic Holdens. eg, the fact an old HZ GTS sedan is worth double or triple - or more - the value of a similarly specced HZ Kingswood SL. I kinda get the coupe value thing(HK to HX), that makes sense to me.
Okay. maybe I'm just annoyed I never bought a white HZ with polycasts and that fully sic(kening) tartan trim when they we worth 3/5ths of nothing, but you know, I might just grab a Kingswood and do my own replica. Not that hard... In the meantime, I have a future classic, a WB DeVille (and it's a keeper, just filling the small shed with additional Holdens is the perennial problem). I bought well, in 2050 it'll be worth, what,$6957.92?

Those door handles are worth about $20. ea new
The hood ornament sells new for less than $150.
A complete WB stato can be bought for less than his grille `Tell him he`s Dreamin` lol

I am often amazed at some of the prices people ask for NOS and in some cases get. Anything listed as NOS does not always mean Genuine NOS , I have seen Rare Spares parts marked as NOS at higher prices than you can buy from the online shop as well as other aftermarket parts. I have also seen a lot of NOS parts that are rejects from the original manufacturer and parts that are well past their use by date such as decals and rubber parts that become useless over time.

Sooooooo that kingswood SL that had done a Genuine 998km would be worth the 40k as you could strip it and make millions as parts, don't you reckon ;)
