If its a genuine 308 it should have a 10 bolt shouldn't it ?

Yes should have banjo diff , i had an HG Prem stolen about 1995 it was, white with gold trim bench seat 308 & tri , very nice tidy car never seen again ? mark .

...my older brother bought a mid/late 1971 308 trimatic HG Premier in about 1976 that at the time was still very original with console T bar, Monaro instruments and from memory...steering wheel?...although still running the Premier wheel trims

... factory burnished bronze paintwork with parchment vinyl roof and interior, banjo rear end with 2.78 ratio and its Vic rego was KTH 577...

...she was a very special Premier.....cheers fellas
