Just got some VT service manuals off "trade me" , I did not know they existed ? I have up to VP in books ,so does this mean that VR/VS are in book form also ? Mark.

Yes, VR & VS had a whole set of volumes for each model run. The main books are the same standard size, but from VR the wiring diagrams were twice as big, with fold-out pages.

There's something like 11 or 12 volumes to each set - the later ones were added as additional upgrades were released (like series 2, series 3, the SS ute etc).
VR has an aqua coloured cover.
VS is light blue.
There's also HSV service manual supplements that detail the additional HSV items - they're quite hard to find.

If you really want to get desperate, there's also Toyota Lexcen versions of the VN-VS manuals...
