You just have to look at his feedback.
I once bought a Corvette on Ebay. A day or so later, when the car was in my garage, it appeared for sale again, exactly the same ad as before, but with a different seller.

It is a rat trying to sell my Monaro on Ebay for 22k
This is the second time now.
I just hope nobody is out of pocket.
