How long should the master cylinder push rod be in a double diaphragm relay booster set up? Thanks in advance. Edited by user Friday, 5 April 2013 7:47:10 PM(UTC)

More info...
My HK 307 was 4 wheel drum brake from factory, somewhere in time someone has upgraded it to HG V8 disc front.
They left the drum rear wheel cylinders in as well as the drum booster and master cylinder and added a HQ proportioning valve to the rear brakes for obvious reasons.
When I bought the car years ago I fitted a double diaphragm booster which didn't make a huge difference. Have some spare time now so have removed everything, fitted all the correct bits and overhauled the rest. Removed the proportioning valve and now the only thing left to question is said pushrod, the one I have is a home made job and I want to get hold of the correct one, just need to know the length I'm looking for.
