I have removed most of the front end from the HJ axcept for the suspension and chassis rails I want to remove the chassis rails from the body and would like to know where to place the stands on the body to remove the rails. Do you place the stands on the floor pan ribbed section? Could this damage the floor due to the weight? Any advice or photos will be appreciatrd

If I was doing it i'd just put timber under the integral body member just behind the shifter hole. The one the front bolt sof the front seats go into. And place stands under the wood.
