Usually they simply went into dealer only tenders, a few of these documents have appeared in recent times. One very interesting example from early 1975 has on it a few very interesting cars like the Ewe't.

...the tender cars were usually the ex factory demonstrator/press cars and GMAC vehicles.... as the dealer demonstrators had to be paid for prior to ''leaving the factory''.....

Also show cars like the Ewe't and 350Z, Engineering cars like the V8 GTR's, reliability cars and also company cars like ex Directors cars.

....at the outset of a new model, most GMH directors cars were early pilots or pre-productions.... and given to these people close to the release point....

The Contessa Gold HQ GTS350 on the 2/75 Tender wasn't, it was a later car, but it is only one car!
