Hi all just needing a hand on which way to hold my tongue. I have all the workshop manuals and supplements but I cannot find anything explaining to me how to fit the regulater and mot assembly. I just cannot seem to get the arms to stay in the window runners when the regulaters are in the lowered positioned. These are just on the front doors. Can somebody please give me some clues or what manual to look in. It is really giving me the s***s because I have done this before without using a manual and the next one was so much easier but now it is so many years later. All help will be so much appreciated. Cheers MS

Don't worry all sorted, it doesn't help when the previous owner has cut out a big hole in the door to mount a speaker taking away the factory hole that one of the motor bolts mount in. I had to make up a bracket to support this bolt with a 13mm recess to match the opposite factory hole. The problem was that my brackets had the regulators sitting on a slight angle which kept causing the idle arm to jump out of the inner guide when trying to operate Now the bracket is sorted the window works like a bloody beauty now and a few spacers on the speaker and some tweeter speakers up where the mechanical winder arm was will sort out the rest. Cheers MS
