Hi guy's, This is my first post. been standing in the shadows watching you all for some time.
I have always wanted a HK-TorG Monaro and never really been close to buying one.
I have found one i can afford but I'm wondering if its worth doing.

Is there any of the firewall left with tags & numbers? If not, walk away right now.

If you can weld & shape metal, you might stand a chance.
If you can't do it all yourself, then you're up for more than the cost of a complete car in very good order, just for the labour to do the "rust repairs" - and that's before you even spend a cent on parts.

And if you have a family member or mate who has promised to help, they won't be related/friends for much longer........
Cheers,

Mick

You stand a better chance of getting the two tanks behind it to hold water. Start with them first.

wbute mate you are on the money. Mine has been a mammoth job and it was 10 times better then that. In all honesty the roof on the car MAY be good for someone but the rest looks beyond saving.
