Does anyone know if later model seats will fit straight into a VH?
If not, does anyone know of any aftermarket ones that come with the correct rail kit?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! |
Many thanks,

With a little bit of mixing & matching of factory rail components, any VN-VS front seats will fit, and this is a swap that can be done at home with only a few tools. You need the rails from a pair of later VL seats (post october 87), as well as the passenger VN-VS seat.
Later than VS it becomes a lot more hassle as the runners are so different. |

Don't forget to weld up the cracks in the floor pan around the seat mounting bolts diagonals left front and right rear. Also weld in the seat/floor pan bracing channels if you have not got them while you are at it.
