It is as you state, a 1968 HK Monaro. Engine options for these were as below but that engine is an EH 179ci 6cyl I believe.

Engine options:
161 high comp,
161 low comp,
186,
186S,
307 V8.

Can you get the number off the centre of the firewall and also the TRIM line off the body ID plate?

There is a big stamped number on the panel behind the engine, in the middle, just below the throttle linkage. Will look like HK12345M.

Is it a column shift or floor shift? Manual or auto? Any engine size badges on the front guards or a POWERGLIDE badge on the rear? Front disc brakes?

That is definitely a 179 engine from an EH.

Looks like front drum brakes too.

See if you can read the chassis number under the throttle linkage behind the engine.

Yes, the engine has been changed, Lazar. Its from an earlier Holden from about 1964.Someone here will be able to tell exactly.

HK1837, its a manual- I can see a clutch master cylinder.

And welcome to the forum and being a Holden owner. And your English is fine too.
Attn camry drivers. The accelerator is the skinny pedal on the right.

Correct, it appears to be a standard HK Monaro with the only apparant mechanical option being a 186, although it could have unseen options such as LSD (I actually have a HK Monaro stashed away with the only optons being 186 and LSD). You can see where the master cylinder must have packed it in at some stage and they've adapted a cylinder from something else.
