Hi All

I recently got my car back from the panel shop and have just started to put all the pieces back together and was just wondering, the rear door vent that goes through to the boot, what sort of sealer do you use on them, is there a special type or just any old sealant

Thanks

Daniel

I think they originally used "Prestick" which is like a long sausage of sealer that comes in lengths between two sheets of wax paper. This is a Bostik product. I just put mine in last week and used Selleys D Mastic as it is softer an you're less likely to break the plastic when tightening the screws.
Cheers,
