What was the original windscreen brand used from the factory on the Torana GTR XU1?

Interesting question. Were they the same for all Torana's? Was it Armourfloat? or was that only the side glass?

Pilkington would be my guess. I found a NOS one under an old panel shop a few years back and gave it to my mate for his '73 XU1.

I thought I read Triplex somewhere but I can't find the reference. Was hoping someone could confirm the brand used.

Front screen in my 73 XU1 isnt factory (NM?) so cant help there
But rear screen dates line up & its Armafloat
Side glass is all Armaglass
Mines Adelaide built, dont know if the same supplier tended to both plants
