Has anyone put retractable front seatbelts into a HQ-Hx Monaro Coupe ?If you have, was it difficult to weld threads to the side quarter panels .
CHANGE IS INEVITABLE , EXCEPT FROM VENDING MACHINES

earlier hq coupes had standard lap/sash belts.....late hq hj and hx had inertia reel standard....i have wrecked quite a few that all they have done is used hi tensile bolts with plates thru the back of the pillars half way up...access is thru the plastic
going to church makes you no more a christian than standing in a garage makes you a car...

Classic oz wreck is pretty spot on, I think the inertia reel belts started with the HJ and the anchor point he is talking about for the reel, and the only one you are missing, is actually in the body not just drilled and plated (just in front of the rear
