I bought a set of switch trims for my FE at Summernats this year from the Rares stand. The problems are as follows:
Choke: the plate has cracked badly. I didn't think I overtightened it.
Wiper: the wiper lettering is not at the top. It is sitting at about 2 o�lock with the plate sitting correctly.
Lights: I didn't even bother fitting it as the dimple on the back is in the wrong place totally.
Igniton: Cracked badly again. You have to fit it tightly so that the switch doesn't rotate on its locating lug.
As we don't have a Rares outlet in Canberra at the moment, what are my options? I'd like a new set but don't want to pull my dash apart twice.
