Power steering on these models is a little light, but I would put it on again if I was to buy another HQ to WB.

Sorry the g and q sometines get mixed up.

I have also had a HK which I converted to power steering and the feel, at first, was a bit awkward, after about 1/2 an hour you get use to it and its fine.

If you add some positive caster to the front end alignment, say around +1 to +1.5, it gives them better road feel.

If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0

Are there specific steering arms for power steering on HGs?
If so you'd want to change to them.

Attn camry drivers. The accelerator is the skinny pedal on the right.

No, the steering arms are all the same for HK-HG AFAIK, BUT they do use the 16.7:1 GTS steering box which does make quite a difference to road feel.
