Does anybody have info on casting numbers for aussie cleveland blocks and heads? Can anyone tell me if the F100 blocks had thicker castings? I've been told the comercial engines came with hardened valve seats from the factory so I figured they may have a heavier block to go with it.

you'll find ford shove anything and everything into their clevo equiped cars. It was just pot luck if the car got an option that others didn't have. For example 4 bolt mains. Not thats it's required anyway. 2 bolts plenty strong enough. Hardened valve sea
