Hi Guys My 308 engine I have just got back on the road is running very very hot, sits on 180 for a fair while then once it gets to 200 it will not come down and then engine starts to idle alot faster. I use to have a radiator sock on it and it use to get quite full but I had to take this off as when it was filling up on the highway the car got way to hot and you cant change it to the engine is cold. So I let most of it go though the radiator and would just get it cleaned out in a couple of weeks is there any way to get all the crap that comes out of the block more easily or is there anything else I can look at to make it run cooler it gets bad I **** myself when I come up to a red light thanks

Take it to a Radiator Fitter immediately and have the entire cooling power flushed and possibly have the rods put through your radiator core. If you leave this, you will destroy your motor...
Cheers...Dave
