Hi guys,

I want to put in the Fuel Sender that came with my Speco Gauge.

Ive taken the tank out, and I'm ready to put the new one in, but have a couple of questions.

Firstly, anyone done this before? how did you do it?

OK, now the standard sender is side mounted with the fuel line coming through it aswell, the new sender may work side mounted, but looks like it is supposed to be installed verticall, and it doesnt have a fuel outlet in it.

Should I cut a hole in the top of the tank for the new sender, and leaving the existing sidemounted cap for the fuel line? (removing the internal bits of the old sender too)

Or should I side mount the Sender (some how) and add a fuel outlet to the new cap?

OR can you get more compatable speco units....

Thanks!
