I don't think they are made anymore, Torana guys are struggling too. You may have to go to 14"?

Toyo make R888 semi slick in 225/45x13 which are road legal but not nice to drive on the road and a few others make non legal semi slicks and that was all I could find. No 215s and no other aspect ratio other than 45. Same applies to 14". I run 225/45x15 on my VC Commodore and they too are very hard to find outside of semi slicks. It seems all the good stuff now starts at 17".

You can still get decent size V or W rated tyres in 15" for road use, I just bought some 15x6 Pontiac Rallye II rims for my HK GTS for this reason. I'll be running 215/60/15 in something like a Pirelli P6000 or Yokohama C-drive. You can also get 205/65/15 in decent V rated or if you want cheaper H rated for around $100 a tyre.
