I WANT TO RUN A 11 SEC 1/4 CORTINA. CAN I DO THAT WITH A 2V HEAD. MY FRIEND HAS. HE USED A CROSFLOW ALLOY HEAD SPECS: MSD 6A,STD ELECTRIC DIZZY, HEAVLY PORTED C2 ALLOY HEAD, BIGGER CHEVY VALVES, ROLLER ROCKERS, CAIN MANIFOLD, 600 STREET AVENGR HOLLEY REAR

Do you guys know if a 2v head will fit the 221 (3.6) out of a Xw? Also what type of arftermarket manifold fits 2v's?

The XY-A-B 250 cid 2V will fit the XT-W 221 (3.6L). manifold type i dont know.

I think that the usual suspects such as Cain and Redline made inlet manifolds for them.

good thread, and good read, i am just wondering do people recomend going with a tripple webber, and also anyone know where i can get one aftermarket???

regards to Falcon 2V heads, I'm not the god father of knowledege regarding 2V's but I'm the current Australian record holder in drag racing HA/GR class. My car is a 1924 dodge HAMBster powered by a 223 cu" Mercury Commet. (falcon motor) the 2V head on the

all Falcon inline 6 pre cross flow motors: 144, 170, 188, 200 early,200 late, 221, 250, can have a 2v head fitted. power increase will depend on what else yo want to do to motor.
