does anyone know the best additive to put in oil, for a smokie engine, when it blew a head gasket i noticed the 3 of the cylinders were extremly glazed, just want to keep it going for sister in law and don't want to change the engine - rather just get her a new car, so what would be the best long lasting stop smoke additve?

Wynnes, Lucas and Nulon all make a product that should keep the car chugging along for a bit longer. Drop into Repco and ask one of the staff there. I know repco are a bit pricey compared to other places but their advice is often pretty good.
