Hi all, Can anyone tell me if a 10 inch rim will fit on the back of a ZH Fairlaine? without lipping required?

Depends on the offset of the rim and the size of the tyre that you put on it. Also check to make sure it's legal in your state, otherwise you have to get an engineers certificate.
