Hi,

Would anyone have any ideas on undoing the crownwheel bolts on a borg warner diff. I know they are left hand thread but with my rattle gun on its highest torque setting I still can't get them undone. Any ideas?

Cheers!

Gave my superviser a hand to fit a locker to his 4 wheeler a couple of weeks ago . He had this rattle gun thing he bought from Repco for $50 . It is powered off your car cigarette lighter . Hold the trigger on & get it up to speed and then push it for

Later Borg warner diffs (about but not exactly 1980 onwards) had left hand threads but earlier ones had right hand threads. What's your diff out of?
