Was wondering if there is anydifference between the combination wiper/washer and indicator stem switch on WB to commodore? I have a HX wagon with a WB interior- Has the WB stem in the steering column. The switch has given up and i am going to replace it, i have a unit from a vk form memory, are these the same? Is it just a matter of plugging it in or are the plugs and wiring likely to be different? Thanks

The VB/VC commodore had the same connector on the switch (wide flat one) as the HZ, but the HZ had a much longer harness on the switch itself. VH & VK switches have a more modern rectangular plig with 2 rows of pins & won't plug in.

WB is different to HX/HZ/UC as the WB has separate reversing lights, whereas the others used the blinkers, via the column stalk for reversing lights. The WB plug is shorter than the others. HZ/HZ/UC plug is about 50mm long. Check yours. It may be WB inter
