Recently purchased a W40 Toyota four speed gearbox (very cheap!) with Dellow bellhousing and other goodies to bolt straight in behind my mildly worked 202 (in EK Holden). Gear box ratios; 1st- 3.587 2nd- 2.022 3rd- 1.384 4th- 1.0 I'm wondering what diff ratio would be best to run to ensure comfortable highway cruising (100k's).

I had a W40 behind a 202 in a VH commodore for a while (when the W50 "lost" a few teeth off the cluster....). It was a warm 202, probably a bit heavier than your old girl (full electrics SL/E), and it went well around town with a 3.08:1, while

Not sure about the housing mate, you'd have to talk to an early Holden and/or Torana nut for a definate answer on that.
I know the internals of the commodore small salisbury (178mm crownwheel) go into torana & kingswood 6 cylinder banjos.

Hi Guys.
Yes, any banjo centre will fit into any model banjo housing. You had a 2.78 fitted, so you already know about the 2 longer bolts & the different rear uni joint.
With later model centres (75 to 80) these have fine spline axles, so
