can anyone help with info on this conversion please do i have 2run turbo 700 i wish 2 use t 400 do i need eng report etc

You will need an engineer's report if you use the VN-VSIII block. If you run a HT-HJ block with all the EFI stuff you won't need an Engieer's report. The TH400 will bolt straight up to any VN onwards 5.0L but you are better off with a TH350 as it will fit |
