Another fix is to rotate the calipers by welding up the mounting holes on the caliper retaining plate and rotating it the required amount (and re-drilling) so that the handbrake 'arm' clears the spring. An even easier fix is to use a Commodore d

Hi TWODOGS.
I know you meant the caliper mount spacers, but the braking force applies to these too & as I said if you space the mount further away from the axle tubing then there is much more shear effect on these 4 bolts.
The spacer is CO

Hi Dr Terry, It definatley makes sense what you are saying. What is strange is the bearing place CBC and holden want to sell the larger seal for any disc brake Holden from 1977 up. I explained to Holden that my WB parts manual only listed one part number
