I have a story to tell about Rare Spares Homebush.

My mate, who has 2 EJ's & a FJ, went to Homebush last Saturday, to pick up a part that was ordered by Beverly Hills. He arrived at 4.05 pm, 5 minutes past closing time. He could see them inside but they didnt want to open the front door to serve him. Considering that they are now closed on a Sunday and a Public Holiday, this is BAD customer service.

I think Rare Spares in Sydney has lost the plot but who else makes aftermarket Holden parts?

I feel they should reopen on Sundays as most blokes work on their cars on the weekends rather than go to WSID at Eastern Creek.

Hi Guys.

I agree with ^^^,once everything is shut down you can't process sales.

Also in Rares Spares Sydney's defence, they have been open sundays for over 30 years but their turnover now on a sunday does not justify the penalty rates they hav

I would have to agree with Dr Terry the cost of penalty rates and the unwillingness of staff to work on Sundays are contributing factors. Having said that if Eh Enthusiast or his mate would like to go to http://
