i Just bought a VY acclaim and i was wondering if any one knows if they are fitted with anything which stops them from doing stand stills. because with the traction control off they don't do a stand still i was wondering if something in the computor over rides it or something.

Torque Management.
"Stand Stills" (as you call them) will see you lose your car for 2 days in some parts of Australia.
