i have a 308 4 sale it has A9l rods , acl race pistons , perkins rings , crane cam , ported L34 heads , crow springs ...ect brock manifold ...........complete minus starter + alt never started in country vic ......can freight aus wide $ 2650

Simon if it,s fresh and never started how the **** would u know that it will produce 330hp another ****er dreamer thats all i can say.

Looks like ur mate never sold his heap a **** 308 maybe he will wake up and realise that only chev,s above the 383ci make power that,s worth while haven! And for the record I,m a mechanic that works off dyno figures not on paper dreamed

And 330 horsies from 308 cubes sounds not unreasonable. The 1 HP per cid barrier went on stockers long time ago ('71 corvettes, I think) so a decently built engine should be well capable of more.

I know (because I have had it on a rear wheel dyo) my 4

Well mate it looks like u,ll have to keep ur 330 308 maybe u should have advertised it as a fresh 308 rather than a 330HP number!Goes to show word of mouth sells better than print!!!I,ve had many poeple lookin for a 308 however i just forget ur details ev
