Hi all, I have a problem in my HQ's P-steeering box,there appears to be excessive movement in the pitman shaft, as it moves up & down in the box (5-7mm), causing a loud bang when turning from full lock, my Q is can I adjust this or is it time to rebuild???

It's time to overhaul.
What state are you in.
If you're in Sydney I can supply you an exchange box, with the latest internal (needle roller) upgrades for $225 with 2yrs warranty.
