i have a set of Globe centre cap from an LJ torana. they suit the sprintmaster wheels,the are chrome with the map of the world on them and GLOBE painted in yellow across the face of the cap.but im not sure if these are real XU-1 caps or after market caps.

Hi Jaime.
These caps with a map are fitted to aftermarket Globe wheels. The genuine XU-1 Globe centre caps are plain stainless & slightly domed.

I believe these caps were used only on the LC Bathurst XU-1.
The LC LJ XU-1's used the ones that Dr Terry described.

All LC XU-1s had black steel wheels, the Globe alloys were only used on LJ XU-1.
